falsche Online Portal Angaben.zum Objekt, gezeigte Bilder u. Umgebung entspr.nicht Tatsachen

Wir waren das 8. mal in Zingst. Es war die teuerste, aber schlechteste Ferienwohnung bisher (Ausstattung , falsche Online Darstellung, gezeigte Bilder entsprachen nicht den tatsächlichen Gegebenheiten vor Ort ). Wir sind 2 Tage vorzeitig abgereist! Als ich das verdreckte Kopfkissen (zu spät) entdeckt habe... Stellplatz : mehrfach umparken müssen da Stellplatz privat genutzt Das Privatfamilie permanent vor Ort ist, stand für mich nicht erkennbar irgendwo, hätte ich dann nicht gebucht! Frühstück nur im Flur möglich, kleiner "Esstisch" zwischen Wohungseingangtür und Badtür. Für dieses Geld unmöglich. Der Balkon entpuppte sich : nicht wie auf der Seite gezeigt mit freier Sicht, sondern man schaute auf ein Haus (ca. 10-15m vor dem Balkon hatte man Blick auf Parkplatz und Mülltonnen die an der Hauswand platziert waren. Es gab kein Sichtschutz am Balkongeländer. Diese Wohnung hätte ich so nicht gebucht. Wohnzimmer/Küche: -vermutlich irgendwann eine neue Deckenleuchte befestigt. -die Bohrlöcher der vorigen Leuchte waren offen u.sichtbar an der Decke Es steht im Text ...mit allem was man so braucht ist die Küche ausgestattet. Großer Topf hatte nicht mal einen Deckel - Arbeitsplatte der Küche war defekt (Verletzungsgefahr). -1 Deckenleuchte von 2 ging gar nicht Schlafzimmer: -Kopfkissen war dreckig, fleckig, eklig (verdeckter Mangel, weil bezogen war obwohl kein Wäschepaket gebucht wurde) Blick auf frei stehenden Staubsauger -Deckenleuchte defekt -Badausstattung (Dusche) geringwertiger als auf Webseite gezeigt -Wohnung keine 174€/ Nacht Wert -Die Vermieteragentur lehnte Rückzahlforderung der 2 Tage wegen vorzeitiger Abreise ab. Trotz Information zu den Mängeln vor Ort...
