This newly constructed 1,140 sq. ft. condo is located in Playa Caracol – in the Olas Del Mar community. The view is breathtaking, and the amenities are equally wonderful. You are steps away from two gorgeous resort pools, a water slide and playground area for the children. Beautiful cabanas and nice lounge chairs are everywhere surrounding the resort pools and the Pacific Ocean.
The condo is beautifully decorated and fully equipped. Security is 24/7 and a high priority throughout this private gated community. When you arrive here you will not want to leave. If you need to do some work while on vacation you can do so from a private balcony overlooking the resort pools and the ocean or from a desk/workspace in one of the bedrooms.
This fully equipped condo can accommodate six adults and two children. King bed in the master, Queen beds in BD 2 & BD 3. Sofa bed in the living area for children.
The condo has high-speed Internet, 2TVs, and a well-equipped kitchen. It is the perfect getaway for couples and for families.
The condo is owned by Jeff/Diane Flick. When you book this property, you will be greeted in person by a Fernanda (A resort specialist with LAG). She knows the condo features, and she will explain everything you need to know regarding the condo and the amenities that are part of Olas del Mar and the added amenities that are part of the overall Playa Caracol complex. Fernanda and the overall LAG team are just a phone call away throughout your stay to ensure a stress-free vacation for you and your family.
If you choose to book with us - you will get a great condo, in a wonderful resort community, and more than that you will receive great service - questions answered and issues resolved quickly and efficiently. You will also notice that our daily rates are competitive, discounts are available for stays of seven days or more, and discounts for up to 60% for guests who book for 30 days or more. However, long-term guests (booking 30 days or more) will be charged for utility costs (generally around $7 per day). We also offer two cleaning options for long-term stays (a weekly cleaning option or a one-time deep clean charge at check-out. We will prepare specific quote for guests interested in stays of 30 days or more.
Long-term rates are further enhanced for those interested in three months or six months or one year rental periods. In addition to significant discounts our long-term guests are entitled to additional amenities some of which are reserved for owners only – and on top of that there are upgraded amenities that are part of Surfside membership club. We want you to be aware the extraordinary discounts and added amenities for those interested in long-term stays.
