Tucan: furnished apartment near the beach
Casa Tucán is a stunning modern retreat set against the backdrop of a lush rainforest. This air-conditioned, two-bedroom, two-bathroom home features a fully equipped kitchen that will make any cook feel like a pro. The spacious island with bar stools is the perfect spot to socialize with friends after a day at the beach, while the expansive windows offer a prime view of the property's diverse birdlife.
In a gated community, 500 meters from Arrecife/Punta Uva beach, the most beautiful in Costa Rica. Observe sloths, monkeys, and birds around every corner.
High-speed fiber optic internet (50 MB upload/download). Includes UPS (Uninterruptible Power Supply).
We will also supply large bottles of reverse osmosis filtered water during your stay.
Casa Tucan is entirely yours during your stay. The yoga terrace, gym, and pool are shared.
Conveniently located right off the main road for easy access, however, road noise can be loud for some guests.
We accept pets: $10 per pet per night.
