This villa is part of the luxury residences at Villa Punta Uva. Discover a unique and spacious villa with 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. The property also offers a shared infinity pool. We can reserve additional rooms if needed to reduce occupancy and make it more affordable.



This house is remarkably spacious, featuring five bedrooms, all with king-size beds, five full bathrooms, and air conditioning in every bedroom as well as in the living room. Two of the five bedrooms have desks for remote work. Of the five bedrooms, two are on the ground floor, while the remaining three are upstairs.



The kitchen is fully equipped with a double refrigerator. A spacious island in the center is perfect for cooking or hosting a private chef. This kitchen is an artist's dream and a paradise for cooking enthusiasts.



The living room has an L-shaped sofa with a TV and free Netflix.



High-speed fiber optic internet with 50 MB upload/download, as well as UPS for very stable internet access for anyone who needs to "Work from home".



We also provide you with large bottles of reverse osmosis filtered water during your stay. Double refrigerators are equipped with an ice maker.



The entire property is gated and equipped with security cameras to ensure your safety and well-being during your stay.
