Vacation home in the countryside, near Vienna

This small bungalow has everything you need to enjoy a few days here. Thanks to its proximity to both the rapid transit system and the highway, you can reach Vienna in about 20–30 minutes. On the other hand, the vineyards, the Kellergasse, and bike paths are right on your doorstep. You’re right at the gateway to the Weinviertel, so there are plenty of options for day trips.



The holiday home consists of a living room, bedroom, kitchen, bathroom with toilet, a single room with a workspace, a foyer, an entryway, and a sunroom.



The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, oven, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, Nespresso coffee maker, electric kettle, egg cooker, and, of course, all the necessary dishes, pots, and pans. There is also a breakfast nook that seats 2 to 3 people.



The living room features a pull-out couch (sleeping space for children) and comfortable recliners. The TV has satellite channels. The dining area seats four people.



The bedroom features a large double bed (180 x 200). Bedding is provided.



Another room contains a single bed with a chest of drawers and a desk.



Towels, shampoo, and shower gel are provided in the bathroom, which has a shower and toilet.



The sunroom features a dining area that seats up to 6 people.



A peaceful garden also invites you to relax.
