Unit has modern kitchen, open dining/living area, king size bedroom, bathroom, lanai with partial gulf views. Additional amenities: washer/dryer;private parking space and storage area with beach supplies; 2 Flat screen TVs, cable, Wi-Fi; community heated pool; beach sitting area for incredible sunset views. ( Two week minimum stay required).
