Gegen die Ferienwohnung haben wir nichts einzuwenden. Es war alles super!Für die Verwaltung jedoch hätte ich zwei Verbesserungen. 1. In der Mail der Anreise einen Lagenplan mitsenden, damit man sich direkt zurecht findet. Wir haben das richtige Büro erst beim dritten versuch gefundrn, da sie auch keinen Namen tragen außer Verwaltungsbüro. Am tresen lagen welche aus, somit wäre es das kleinste diesen als PDF beizufügen mit dem Hinweis " hier sind wir"2. Eine kurze Erklärung was die Kürzel heißen. Wir hatten I73 und standen dann vor einem riesen Wohnkomplex. Woher sollen wir denn wissen das das I für das Haus steht, dann der Stock, dann die Wohnung. Gerade für uns die das erste mal bei ihnen waren, wäre ein Hinweise nett gewesen.Ach und bei der Schlüssel Abholung hatte der Safe keinen Strom, dass hatte natürlich viel Sinn ergeben. Freundlicherweise hatte ein Mitarbeiter sehr nett geholfen und uns auch die fragen beantwortet zur Orientierung.
