A modern and high-quality holiday apartment awaits you, featuring a cosy living and dining area as well as two separate bedrooms.

The large master bedroom (with a door) features a large double bed (2 x 90*200), two wardrobes, and a window that opens (with roller shades) offering a view of the salt marshes. Before going to sleep, you can watch the evening news on the flat-screen TV (60 cm diameter).

The separate children’s room (with a door) features a bunk bed (2 x 90 x 200) and a window that opens (with blackout curtains available).

The open and bright built-in kitchen is equipped with a ceramic cooktop (2 burners), an oven, a dishwasher, a microwave, and all necessary kitchen utensils.

Located right by the window is the dining area with a magnificent view of the salt marshes and the Baltic Sea.

On the balcony, which features seating, you can comfortably wind down the day while watching the sunset.

The apartment can accommodate a maximum of 2 adults and 2 children.

Free parking is available in the immediate vicinity.

If this is not possible for you or if you have questions about your desired travel dates, please contact us in advance using the non-binding enquiry form. Bed linens (12 €/person) and towels (8 €/person) are available for rent. Please let us know after completing your booking so that we can bill you separately and ensure the bed linens and/or towels are ready for you before your arrival.

Complex:

The holiday complex consists of 16 connected buildings arranged in a circle.
Within these buildings, you’ll find many different holiday apartments, each individually furnished by their respective owners.
All floors in the buildings are easily accessible via lifts.
The sandy beach, located approximately 500 metres away, is barrier-free and can be safely reached through the resort’s pedestrian zone.
On the way there—and thus in the immediate vicinity of your accommodation—you’ll find bakeries, restaurants, ice cream shops, and various stores.

Leisure activities include, among others:
— swimming, sunbathing, and playing on the over 4-kilometer-long sandy beach with its adventure pier
— water sports such as deep-sea fishing (harbour: 2.3 km away), sailing, windsurfing, stand-up paddleboarding, and kitesurfing (Heiligenhafen Water Sports Centre: 1.4 km away)
- athletic activities such as hiking, jogging, skating, and biking (Pit’s Bike and Scooter Rental: right at the holiday park)

The rehabilitation centre, located 300 metres away, the local doctors and specialists, and the proximity to the nearest hospital as well as dialysis services (Oldenburg i.H.: 12 km away) offer excellent infrastructure for your outpatient spa stay.

Parking
There is a large car park at the rear of the holiday park. Here you can park your vehicle for an extended period free of charge. The spaces are marked according to the house numbers, but you are free to choose any available spot. In front of the houses, you’ll find a short-term parking area (30 minutes) for loading and unloading.
