Condo was clean and well stocked. Host was very responsive and kind. The bunk beds are probably better for younger kids- one of my teens chose to sleep on the couch because the top bunk made so much noise with every small movement. We enjoyed the location for walking to shops, food, and the walking/biking trail down the street. The summer traffic and construction right around the condo made driving to the beach more stressful, but having a beach parking pass was very appreciated!

The condo is in a newly built area so there is a bit of a traffic pattern consideration when going to and from the building. The actual condo was clean, but we did find some food under the dining table. It was very spacious for 5 people and had everything we needed although the linens were cheap and could have been upgraded. The pool was much smaller than expected but it wasn't crowded on Father's Day when we went down, so it didn't end up being a problem. Lastly, the checkout time was quite early at 10am as compared to other places I've stayed, and when we were leaving the owner was there with the cleaners almost like she was checking up on us. It was a bit weird as this has never happened before. Overall it was a great stay!
