Wir sind zum zweiten mal in dieser Wohnung und kommen auf jeden Fall wieder . Die Wohnung ist hell und freundlich eingerichtet und erfüllt all unsere Wünsche . Sie liegt direkt am Kurpark und daher sind sowohl die Stadt als auch die Perlebucht schnell zu Fuß zu erreichen und auch ein Supermarkt und ein Bäcker sind gleich in der Nähe . Das Team Lilo Sattler ist sehr freundlich und wir fühlen uns auch dort sehr gut aufgehoben .Uns fehlte es dort absolut an nichts. Mit freundlichem Gruß Elke Schättiger

Wir haben uns auf der Suche nach einer für uns passenden Ferienwohnung bereits im dritten Jahr dem Team Lilo Sattler anvertraut und in diesem Jahr unsere perfekte Wohnung gefunden . Alles entsprach unseren Wünschen und es war alles vorhanden was den Urlaub schön werden lässt. Bei einem Problem mit der Heizung welches überall mal vorkommen kann hat sich das Team Von Lilo Sattler sofort gekümmert und kurze Zeit später war alles wieder in Ordnung . Die Wohnung lag direkt am Kurpark und daher waren alle Wege ob zum Centrum oder zur Lagune sehr kurz .Das einzige was es für uns zu bemängeln gab war der eigenartige furchtbare Geruch im kleinen Flur von dem die beiden Wohnungen abgingen . Haben uns dann einen Duftständer gekauft und dort aufgestellt und schon war es angenehmer . Vielleicht lag es an der feuchten kalten Jahreszeit und ich denke wenn wir diese Kleinigkeit gemeldet hätten hätte sich das Team auch gekümmert. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall im Mai wieder und werden dann ja feststellen ob es an der feuchten kalten Luft lag. Auf jeden Fall freuen wir uns auf unserem nächsten Urlaub in dieser Wohnung . Die Wohnung machte beim 'Einzug' einen gepflegten sauberen Eindruck. Beim näheren Hinsehen fiel auf, dass der Duschwannenrand unsauber ist. Die Balkonbrüstung, Innenverkleidung könnte auch mal abgewischt werden, nach eigener Einschätzung ca 15 min Arbeitsaufwand.... Und zu guter letzt war das vor 5 Monaten beanstandete stark verschmutzte und verbrannte Backblech nicht ausgetauscht worden Nach erneuter Reklamation dann aber umgehend durch den Hausmeister erneuert
