Our cosy 2-room Seeluke apartment measures 48 square metres and is located in a prime spot right in the centre of Büsum. It accommodates 4 people (max. 2 adults & 2 children).

The apartment is located on the 1st floor of the “Seemeile” building (lift available), which provides direct access to Büsum’s pedestrian zone. There you’ll find a variety of restaurants and shops that are perfect for strolling.
The main beach (approx. 200 m) and the museum harbour (approx. 150 m) are also just a few minutes’ walk away. Thanks to its rear-facing location, the apartment is quiet despite its proximity to the shopping street.
The Family Lagoon, popular with families, is a short walk across the dike—about a 15-minute walk (approx. 900 m).

The apartment has been newly furnished and features a comfortably furnished living and dining area, which also includes a fully equipped kitchenette with a stove, sink, refrigerator, coffee maker, and electric kettle.
The dining table seats 4 people.

The cosy sofa with a chaise longue can be converted into a sleeper sofa (1.40 m x 2.00 m) upon request.
The living area also features a TV and access to the large west-facing balcony, where you can enjoy the sun to the fullest from noon until the evening hours.

The apartment has a bathroom with a shower and toilet.

The bedroom features a large double bed (1.80 m x 2.00 m), a spacious closet, and another TV.

The large built-in closet in the hallway also offers additional storage space.

The apartment includes an underground parking space (double parking space with a maximum height of 1.50 m and length of 5.00 m), which you can reach either via a staircase or conveniently by lift.

You can park your bicycles conveniently and securely in the ground-level bike shed.

A washing machine and dryer are available in the basement for a fee.

House-trained dogs are welcome!
