Accommodation and Living Area
The apartment offers 50 m² of space for up to 2 guests. The bedroom has two single beds, and the bathroom includes a shower, toilet, sink, mirror, makeup mirror, and hairdryer. The living area features a sofa, armchair, dining table, and dresser. Laminate flooring creates a bright and easy-to-maintain atmosphere. Wi-Fi (from 100 Mbit/s) and a satellite TV (35–44 inches) are available. Privacy screens on all windows and contactless check-in/check-out increase comfort. A stairlift is available for older guests. Non-smoking apartment. Children are welcome; youth groups are not allowed.

Kitchen
The separate kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, cutlery, and kitchen utensils. Initial supplies and dish towels are also provided. The kitchen and bathroom are being freshly renovated and will be available in modern design from April 2026.

A small balcony invites you to relax. A private parking space is about 250 m away; a car is not strictly necessary due to the central location.
