Spend your evening sitting around the fire pit and mornings sipping coffee by the pond. Located 1.5 miles from Highway 101 and 4 miles from the center of downtown Sequim. A rural environment just minutes from restaurants, stores, and hiking trails. 1 bedroom, 1 bath home attached to a main house with separate entrances and outdoor spaces, located on 2.5 acres.
The host and co-host live in the main house attached but with separate entrances.
Guest space is a 2-story single-bedroom loft space. 3-piece bathroom with a walk-in shower. Living room, 2-seat dining area, and full kitchen. The staircase has motion sensor lights. A baby/dog gate is available for the stairs. The bedroom has a queen bed, a full bed, and 2 lounge chairs. The open closet provides shelves and hanging for clothes storage. Dresser and TV with Roku.
