Bright high-ceiling studio in Marina Del Rey walking distance to Venice Beach and a few miles to Santa Monica Pier/Route 66. Great for tourist & Business traveler. Space features queen bed, 40" TV with Roku & fire stick, a kitchenette for coffee/ tea, or for preparing quick meals. Cozy Bathroom with shower stall & Nice outdoor patio space with seating & table. Space is steps to Abbot Kinney’s shops, dining, and nightlife. Just 5 miles from LAX, an ideal blend of beach charm and city convenience.

The space
Front unit of a residential duplex, with the property owners residing in the attached rear unit. Guest have access to the entire unit. Conveniently located off a main street with a direct route to Venice Beach, the studio sits just behind a gated black fence and features a communal entry with outdoor patio seating. Inside, you’ll find an open studio layout that includes a sleeping area, living space, and kitchenette equipped with a sink, fridge/freezer, microwave, and coffee maker. The bathroom offers a shower stall for your convenience.

We are in close proximity to our neighbors and have strict quiet time hrs between 10pm & 8am. Although they are aware we host guest regularly, we also want to remain in good standing with our friends/ neighbors.

Guest access
Shared gate access with our adjoining neighbors. The space and patio area are exclusive to our AirBnB guest.

Other things to note
We are in a very walkable area close to eateries, coffee shops, nightlife, bars, trendy super markets, Venice beach and world famous Abbott Kinney. We as guest are highly responsive, so if there is anything you need and or have questions about, we encourage you to ask.

I chose this neighborhood due to the walk ability to surf and sand, eateries, shops, world famous Abbott Kinney. Coffee, and over all lifestyle being walking distance to everything westside of Los Angeles.
