Beautiful and relaxing 3-bedroom, 2.5 bathroom split level home in the middle of the triangle (Raleigh, Durham, Chapel Hill) features a king bed, a full bed, and a twin bed. Whether it is a brief staycation or a longer stay, you can enjoy many of the sights and sounds of the area, from the many festivals, sporting events, concerts, performances, historic sites, museums or just laying low and relaxing.

The fully equipped home is tucked away from the hustle and bustle of the city while having easy access and routes to the multiple venues around the area, most are within a 20–25-minute drive. There are also many places to enjoy the numerous parks and waterways.

For those who need a convenient temporary stay for work there is easy access to the Raleigh/Durham International Airport (RDU), major companies and corporations located in the Research Triangle Park, the cities of Raleigh, Durham, Chapel Hill and the surrounding towns and suburbs. For those of you who prefer train travel Amtrack Stations are located in Raleigh and Durham.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Place used towels on the floor in the hall bathroom and leave the bed linen on the used beds and leave them unmade. You do not have to strip the beds.
Place all trash in the green trash cans on the stone patio off the deck.
If furniture is moved, it should be put back into it's original place. Leave TV remotes on the TV stands.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
