First-floor apartment (50 m²) with a kitchen

A very quiet 50-square-meter holiday apartment in Riedlhütte, beautifully situated and surrounded by meadows and forests. The apartment is located directly on the ground floor. The holiday farm features, among other things, its own football field, in-ground trampolines, and a playground. The sauna next to our indoor pool, where you can relax on the sun deck, can be heated for a small fee. The master bedroom features a comfortable double bed. The children’s bedroom has a bunk bed. The separate kitchen is equipped with a coffee maker, refrigerator, and microwave. The living area features a TV and a dining set. The bathroom has a shower and toilet. Bed linens, towels, free Wi-Fi, parking, and final cleaning are included in the price. We still prefer cash payment on site. Check-in from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM; check-out by 10:00 AM. Keys will be handed over in person on site. Pets: upon request; Baby cots/extra beds: upon request. The tourist tax is 1.60 EUR for guests 18 and older and 0.80 EUR for children 6 and older; it is charged upon arrival. Meal options: Breakfast and half-board can be booked on-site. Already included in the price: Towels, bed linens, final cleaning, Wi-Fi, parking. Due to the current energy situation, heating for the indoor pool cannot be guaranteed.
