Welcome to our stylish apartment with self check-in via access code and key safe, a 4-star new building on the island of Krk. Completed in 2026, it offers 87 m² of space for up to four guests. From the large balcony, enjoy panoramic views of the town of Krk and the sea with the Punat Bay, as well as the islands Sveti Grgur, Rab, Plavnik, and Cres – perfect for breakfast in the morning sun or a glass of wine in the evening.

This apartment is non-smoking; however, smoking is allowed on the balcony.

You are just a few minutes’ walk from the beach. The apartment is quietly located in the popular Mali Kartec neighborhood, combining a relaxed setting with close proximity to the town center. Plav and Ježevac beaches are about 400 m away and easily accessible on foot. The harbor and charming old town with restaurants, cafés, and narrow streets are only around 900 m away.

The bright living area is modern and filled with natural light. After a day at the beach, relax here, watch a movie on the Smart TV with Google TV and Netflix, or simply enjoy the view. High-speed fiber-optic Wi-Fi and three air conditioners (in both bedrooms and the living/dining area) ensure extra comfort. The sofa in the living room can also be used as an additional sleeping option if needed.

The new, fully equipped kitchen has everything you need for a comfortable stay, including a stove, oven, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, and Nespresso machine. A supply of coffee capsules and detergent (gel) is provided for the first days. The apartment has two bedrooms with new king-size box spring beds, each with a high-quality continuous mattress 180×200×35 cm for restful sleep. Two modern bathrooms with large showers provide additional comfort, especially for families or friends traveling together.

For extra convenience, all windows and balcony doors are equipped with integrated mosquito nets, so you can enjoy fresh sea air without insect disturbances.

A private parking space directly at the house is also available. Families can travel comfortably as a crib and high chair are provided free of charge. Rijeka Airport is approximately 27 km away and easily accessible.
