Blick 20 - This house creates a great atmosphere. <br>You can park your car right in front of the property, which means super-short walks not only for your luggage but also for the rest of the family. <br>As soon as you step into the entryway of this special home, the property’s name, “BLICK 20,” becomes immediately clear. The large glass panel opposite the front door offers a view into the living room and, through the floor-to-ceiling windows, out onto the patio and even as far as the hills on the opposite shore of the lake. <br>Looking to the right, you’ll find the small guest bathroom; looking to the left, your eye is drawn to the extraordinary, high-quality wall design and the staircase leading upstairs. <br>The spacious living/dining area with an open kitchen creates a wonderfully loft-like atmosphere during the day. Every detail of the interior design is meticulously crafted and harmoniously coordinated. The kitchen is perfectly equipped, and the electric fireplace serves as a room divider between the dining area and the relaxation area with its Smart TV. You can stream your own music via Bluetooth—whatever suits your mood—with top-notch sound, of course. If you’d like, you can also enjoy the laid-back tunes on the terrace, whether during dinner or with a sundowner. <br>Later in the evening, when the lights on the other side of the lake have gone out, the blackout curtains ensure privacy. Using a special remote control, you can adjust the indirect lighting system, which has been cleverly integrated into the room’s design. This house creates exactly the atmosphere you need to unwind—at the touch of a button. <br>On the upper level, there are two stylish bedrooms, each with a box-spring bed. One of them has a TV, and the other has its own balcony from which you can look out towards the lake or enjoy the sunset. <br>On this level, you’ll also find the large bathroom, complete with a shower, tub, and its own sauna.
