Guest Access:

Guests have full access to the main living spaces, guest suite, and backyard with gate access to nearby parking lot.

Guests have full access to the private parking lot, which can accommodate up to three cars. Please note that street parking is not available, so we recommend using the lot for your convenience.

Garage are detached from the home and garage is for host storage use only.

Interaction with Guests:

We respect your privacy and want you to feel completely at home. Guests have full access to the guest suite, living areas, kitchens, bathrooms, and backyard.

We’re always just a message or call away if you need anything, from local recommendations to assistance with the home, and we want your stay to be seamless and enjoyable!

We don’t have strict checkout rules—we want you to enjoy every minute of your stay! The only thing you can do to help is to place any used towels in the bathtub before you leave. That’s it!

House Rule – No Smoking or Vaping in the Guest Suite

For the comfort and safety of all guests, smoking and vaping are not allowed inside the guest suite. Guests may smoke or vape only in the designated area on the patio.

Smoking or vaping inside the suite will:

Require professional cleaning, which incurs additional costs.

Cause delays in preparing the space for the next guest.

Potentially lead to cancellations for future guests.
