Beautiful vacation apartment directly behind the Elbe dike.



The apartment has a good location, because from the apartment you can always walk on the dike and look at the water. Inside the apartment you can expect two bedrooms, a kitchen, a living room and a bathroom with shower. The interior is modern and attractive.



Be sure to spend your vacation in the fresh air when the weather is nice and enjoy the sun on the open terrace of the apartment. The large garden can also be used by guests of accommodation DNS216



In the surroundings, visit the green beach of the Elbe River, which is only 1200m away. The city of Cuxhaven, popular with tourists, can be reached after a short drive or a slightly longer bike ride. Also recommended is a trip to the beautiful Wadden Sea.

Viele Mängel

Hier eine Liste der Dinge, die nicht so top waren (untere Wohnung): - Es waren mehr als 3 Glühlampen defekt (Leuchtmittel) - An einer Lampe fehlte der Schirm - keine Geschirrtücher, obwohl Handtücher und Bettwäsche gebucht waren - Bettwäsche zusammengewürfelt - Elektroinstallation wie in den 70gern Jahren (zumindest der Großteil der Schalter und Steckdosen) - Die Stühle am Esstisch sind durchgesessen, quasi Schrott - Das Sofa ist durchgesessen - Die Handseife war verdünnt (!) - Sauberkeit so naja (fleckige Stühle, Wände, Ungeziefer) - Uhrenbatterie leer (kann passieren, aber wie sind die Batterien der Rauchmelder dann ?) - Das Bad war renoviert, aber der Rest hat's auch dringend nötig (gesprungene Fliesen, klemmende Türen,...). - viele Spinnen, Mücken und Käfer in der Wohnung Die ganze Wohnung hinterlässt einen ungepflegten Eindruck und der Eigentümer sollte mal mit offenen Augen durch gehen. Die Lage ist gut, d.h. nah am Wasser hinter dem Deich. Ich werde die Wohnung aber definitiv nicht weiter empfehlen.
