There is one bedroom with a queen size bed,that can sleep 2 people total, extra space for 1 more to sleep in the living room, if you have a sleeping bag or air mattress for extra guest. Bedroom is located upstairs, while everything else is downstairs. Coffee maker is available, you will have to bring your own ground coffee.

The basement is at the back of the building, entrance door is between the two AC units, it’s the only door with a a lockbox.
