Guests enjoy two bathrooms, making mornings easy and stress-free, along with heating and AC. Whether you’re unwinding after a day of exploring or enjoying a quiet night in, this lovely home offers a welcoming retreat with the great outdoors just a step away. We hope you'll enjoy your stay here as you can also walk around in the adjacent Rv park that sits on a 3.5 acre lake, available to you for fishing. It also has a 1 mile walking path. With a beautiful big shade tree in the corner overlooked by a shaded back open porch, you have plenty of spaces to enjoy a morning coffee or some sunshine. It also features a space for an RV to sit next to the mobile home, but it only has water and electric hookup. You can dump upon leaving at the RV park next door if you need to.

The owners are ranchers who run cows and sheep. You can see some of those in the distance accross the lake - the last frontier on the other shore. If you'd like to buy some of their Wagyu/Angus beef while you are here, options might be available and maybe even local honey certain times of the year.

We love the coutnry life and enjoy taking it slower and being more 'old school'.
