The property is very clean and well appointed and sits in a wonderful area with a lovely view of the sea. The area was very quiet (except for some lively frogs) and felt like quite a safe space with the gated neighborhood.The hosts were always quick to respond to any questions and were excellent about offering advice on where to go. The suggested restaurants and beaches in the house book were all huge hits that we really enjoyed.

The house is perfect for a summer vacations, it fits perfectly 8 persons, but the wi-fi is too slow and since the TV has only internet channels most of the times the channels freezed and was very hard to follow the content.

Beautiful Stay, Like a Dream

Nestled along the serene coastline, our recent stay at the breathtaking sea view villa was nothing short of magical. With its panoramic vistas and modern interiors, it offered the perfect blend of luxury and coastal charm. The private terraces was a highlight, overlooking a private pool and providing breathtaking views of the sea. Whether savoring a morning cup of coffee or unwinding with a glass of wine at sunset, the vista never failed to captivate our senses. The villa's amenities were top-notch, fast wifi, and David's hospitality was impeccable. Overall, it was a truly unforgettable experience, and I can't wait to return.

Ein Haus mit grandioser Aussicht

Wir haben die Zeit im Casa Conigli sehr genossen. Das Haus ist schön eingerichtet, es gab ausreichend Zimmer für uns fünf. Das beste ist allerdings die Terrasse, auf der man von früh bis spät die Sonne und vor allem die Aussicht über den Golf von Cagliari genießen kann. Die Kinder haben dank warmen Wetters sogar den Pool unsicher gemacht und für gut befunden. Einfach herrlich hier! Und vielen Dank an Angelika und David für die tolle Kommunikation, die Hinweise in der Vorbereitung und die vielen kleinen Tipps während wir vor Ort waren!

Une vue exceptionnelle

Nous avons passé un très bon moment dans la villa, la cuisine est fonctionnelle. Les chambres en bas sont une très bonne idée pour la fraicheur la nuit. La piscine a débordement est top.

Vistas impresionantes

La casa es preciosa, las vistas al mar y sobre todo la puesta de sol nos dejaban sin palabras…. La ubicación es excelente, a mitad de camino entre Cagliari y Villasimius y hay muchísimas playas muy bonitas cerca. Los propietarios nos facilitaron mucha información que nos fue de gran ayuda. Esperamos poder volver en un futuro!!!
