Stay at our quiet, first floor condo with a patio looking out to the pond, then head down to the beach 4 miles away whenever you'd like! Our secure, gated condo community is centrally located near shopping, restaurants, and right next door to golf courses and zoo! Our condo has 2 new pickleball courts only a few steps away! Also, the new Gulf Shores pickleball courts (10 courts) are only 1 mile away!

The space
Clean and pleasantly decorated three bedroom condo on the first floor with a lovely patio overlooking the pond and water feature. Fully stocked kitchen, laundry, walk-in shower, newer appliances, desk/office corner in master bedroom, all with ample parking close to the condo entry.
Entire condo, entrance, and lovely patio are all on one level—no steps!

The King suite features a private bath with a stunning walk-in shower for your comfort and convenience. The additional bedrooms each offer a plush queen bed, one of which has its own private access to the patio outside. The shared guest bath, located across the hall from the guest rooms, offers a tub/shower combo. Each bedroom is equipped with a Smart TV for entertainment, allowing you to stream your favorite movies and TV shows. Additionally, free High-Speed Internet is provided throughout. Also provided for your enjoyment are board games, books, pickleball paddles/balls, beach/pool toys, and a handy umbrella stroller.

Whether you're in town for a USSSA tournament or simply seeking a stress-free retreat away from island traffic, this condo is the ideal choice for both families and friends.

Strict No Pets Policy enforced. Parking Passes are required and must be purchased at the Club House located at the Hwy 59 Entrance for $25 each (limit 2). This pass will be for your entire stay, not daily.

CLEAN BED GUARANTEE
All Linens are Washed and Bleached Every Time for the Highest Sanitation Requirements. Gold Star washes our High-Quality Linens before every new Guest's arrival. We mean every bath towel, washcloth, makeup cloth, sheet, blanket, pillowcase, and dish towel EVERY TIME. Gold Star uses the very best commercial washing machines and dryers. All linens are washed in high-heat commercial washers with select detergents and bleach for complete and thorough sanitation. Gold Star has specialized confinement procedures for keeping soiled linens separate from all other linens to ensure there is no cross-contamination.

IMPORTANT: In an effort to continue to offer our guests the lowest rate possible while providing linens of the highest quality, we respectfully request that our guests refrain from any activity that would damage or destroy our linens, including but not limited to rips, tears, and permanent stains. Should you or your guests damage linens during your stay, the guest responsible for the rental agreement will be charged for replacing them at the then current retail price.

PROFESSIONAL CLEANING
All of our guests deserve the highest standard of professionally cleaned Units by professional cleaners. This has been one of Gold Star's highest priorities and foundations of our company since entering the industry. Spotlessness equals protection, and we are doing everything possible to ensure that your family has the cleanest accommodations possible. Our full-time professional cleaning staff utilizes approved chemicals to clean and disinfect before new each new guest's arrival. We do not use Cleaning Companies to clean our properties. Our cleaners work for Gold Star, and each staff member is assigned to clean the same property stay after stay. You can be certain that our properties are thoroughly disinfected. To ensure our linens are properly laundered, we follow specialized processes using high-heat commercial washers and dryers to clean, disinfect, and kill germs. Finally, after each clean is completed, our professional inspectors thoroughly evaluate the unit to ensure that EVERY condo or beach house is clean and qualifies for Gold Star White Glove Treatment.

MONTHLY RENTALS
This property allows long-term Snowbird rental rates from November 1st through the end of February. Monthly reservations are only directly booked.

Guest access
Self check-in with keypad code. You will also receive a code to use the Colony Club pool, hot tub, and exercise room. Tennis court/pickleball court just a few steps away. All amenities listed are free.
However, a one time $25 per car parking pass is required. The $25 is not collected by Airbnb or host, but must be paid to the HOA upon check-in (cash or credit card).
