Tucked just off New York State Route 23 in the peaceful rural area west of Oneonta (in the hamlet of West Oneonta/Laurens), the neighborhood around offers a delightful blend of countryside calm and friendly community.

You’ll find homes spaced with generous yards among mature trees, with winding driveways and a quiet, low-traffic ambiance. The surroundings feel serene and private, yet the location still allows easy access to town for everyday essentials.

Guests will have full, private access to the house. Guests will NOT have access to the garage, barn or shed on property.
