This 2BR, 1BA A-frame chalet comfortably sleeps up to six guests and is available for year-round stays. Guests enjoy access to the resort’s private Lake Michigan beach and shared amenities including three pools, sports courts, playgrounds, scenic ponds, and more.
The Space:
Chalet #39 features classic A-frame architecture and warm wood interiors that create a relaxed lakeside retreat. The main living area offers comfortable seating and natural light, providing an inviting space to unwind after a day exploring the resort or enjoying Lake Michigan. The living room flows seamlessly into the dining area and fully equipped kitchen, making it easy for everyone to gather and spend time together.
Large sliding doors open directly to the screened porch, extending the living space outdoors and offering a comfortable place to enjoy the fresh air. Upstairs, two bedrooms provide flexible sleeping arrangements that work well for families or groups traveling together. A full bathroom is conveniently located on the main level.

Two dedicated parking spaces make arrivals and unloading easy. Note that this home does not have a washer or dryer, but there is a laundromat nearby.

Nearby St. Joseph and New Buffalo offer vibrant shopping, galleries, and seasonal festivals, while local trails, nature preserves, and orchards invite peaceful outdoor adventures.
Other Things to Note:
To ensure a safe and compliant stay, all guests are required to complete identity verification prior to check-in. A valid government-issued photo ID will be collected and verified, and the name on the ID must match the credit card used for payment. When applicable, a background screening may also be required as part of the booking process.
All guests are required to review and sign Juniper Holiday + Home's Guest Occupancy Agreement prior to check-in. While we understand that events can affect your trip, it is our policy to stick to the agreed-upon cancellation policy in the listing. We were here for 10 days to attend a wedding nearby. The chalet was fully stocked with everything we could have needed. As it was early in the season we basically had the entire complex to ourselves. We were visited by deer and squirr6which delighted us all. I think if we had 8 people staying which the chalet can accommodate the single bathroom may have been an issue but it was fine for the 4 of us. Really comfortablw with heating and air-con - would definitely stay here again.
