Farmhouse renovated in 2021 divided into 4 terraced houses. Beautiful terraced house. 1 km from the centre of Pirou, 1 km from the sea, 1 km from the beach. For shared use: property 2'000 m2 (fenced). In the complex: washing machine, tumble dryer (for shared use, extra). Shopping centre 1.5 km, restaurant 1 km, bus stop "Rond-point de la Lande" 8 km, sandy beach "Pirou" 1 km. Golf course (18 hole) 13 km. Nearby attractions: Château de Pirou 1 km, Coutances 18 km, Mont St Michel à 1 heure, Iles de Jersey, Barneville Carteret 33 km.
