Für einen kurzen Aufenthalt OK

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön groß mit einem Schlafzimmer und zwei "Kinderzimmern", was für uns perfekt gewesen wäre. Sie ist toll eingerichtet mit vielen, kleinen Extras. Leider roch eines der beiden Zimmer so stark nach Rauch, dass wir keinem Kind zumuten konnten dort zu schlafen. Auch das Schlafzimmer roch stark nach Hund o.ä. Insgesamt machte die Wohnung einen sauberen, ordentlichen Eindruck, nur das Geschirr mussten wir vor Benutzung nochmals spülen, da es alles sehr klebrig war. Ansonsten waren wir sehr zufrieden mit der Wohnung und dem Check-In- Vorgang. Der Vermieter war ebenfalls sehr nett. Vielen Dank für das Wochenende in dieser Wohnung.

Hallo Danke für Ihre Bewertung. Leider kann ich es nicht verhindern wenn ab und zu in den Zimmern geraucht wird, ich kann es nur bildlich anzeigen, aber nicht kontrollieren. Was Sie als Hundegeruch war kommen haben, kann ich nicht nachvollziehen, da in dieser Wohnung nach der Grundsanierung 2021, kein Hund mehr vor Ort war. Trotzdem vielen Dank für Ihre Wahrnehmung und Weitergabe, wir werden uns bemühen es abzustellen. Mfg Hans

Solide Monteurswohnung

Kleine, recht kühle Kellerwohnung in schöner Lage mit guter Ausstattung, die aber etwas in die Jahre gekommen ist. Leider hat wohl ein*e Besucher*in in den Räumlichkeit entgegen der Hausordnung geraucht, was recht deutlich wahrzunehmen war und mir den Aufenthalt etwas verleidet hat. Den Rest der Familie hat es allerdings nicht stark gestört.

Schöne, sehr gut ausgestattete Wohnung!

Die Ferienwohnung bot alles, was wir brauchten und mehr! Auch die Kinder haben einiges zur Beschäftigung vorgefunden, hier fehlt wirklich nichts! Auch der Kontakt zum Vermieter war super! Eine herzliches Dankeschön!

schöner Kurztrip über Silvester

Wir haben hier ein sehr schönes Silvesterwochenende verbracht. Die Wohnung ist groß, sauber und hervorragend ausgestattet, der Vermieter nett und unkompliziert. In der Umgebung gibt es unzählige Wander- und Spaziermöglichkeiten. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit. Danke.

Gut ausgestattete Wohnung in schöner Umgebung

Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet, es fehlt wirklich an nichts. Die Wohnung ist ruhig gelegen, die Umgebung lädt zum Wandern ein, man kann direkt von der Haustür starten. Einen Bäcker gibt es fußläufig. Wir waren als Familien zu fünft dort und kommen gerne wieder.

Nette FeWo in der Nähe von Marburg

Gut ausgestattete Ferienwohnung. Mit Kinderstuhl für Esstisch und Kindersitz für Toilette, Malsachen, ein paar Spiele und Kinderbücher sind auch vorhanden. Netter Gastgeber, schnell da bei Bedarf. Felder und Wald laden zum Spazieren ein. Ein Bäcker und ein Döner sind in unmittelbarer Nähe. Marburg ist mit dem Auto schnell zu erreichen.
