A very nice and well-maintained holiday rental in a quiet location in St. Peter-Bad.

Approx. 60 square metres, max. 4 guests. Tastefully furnished “Hein” half of a duplex with 3 rooms and approx. 60 square metres spread over 2 levels (ground floor, upper floor) for up to 4 guests. Located in a quiet area on a small side street in the Bad district of St. Peter-Ording. Modern furnishings and comfortable amenities for a relaxing holiday. Features a sunny, south-facing garden terrace. Living room with a sofa, 2 armchairs, TV (satellite), DVD player, radio with CD player, dining table with 4 chairs, and direct access to the furnished south-facing garden terrace. Semi-open kitchen with oven, microwave, dishwasher, and refrigerator with freezer compartment. 1st bedroom with a double bed (2x 80x200 cm). 2nd Bedroom with 2 single beds (2x 90x200 cm). Bathroom (shower room) with shower, toilet, hair dryer, and natural light. A spiral staircase leads from the ground floor to the upper floor. Parking space next to the house. Wi-Fi. Smoking is not permitted. Bed linens are provided. Towels can be rented for a fee.

Beautiful south-facing garden terrace.

The Kuddel and Hein apartments are each located in one half of a house on a property of approximately 650 square metres in the Bad district.

Die Treppe nach oben ist sehr schmal und steil. Im Elternschlafzimmer hört man die vorbeifahrenden Autos.Schlafen bei offenen Fenster war nicht möglich. Die Wohnung war sauber und gut ausgestattet.

Schönes Ferienhaus

Schönes Ferienhaus. Für ein paar Tage oder 1 Woche vollkommen in Ordnung und ausreichend. Die Ausstattung ist gut und sauber. Leider hatten wir mit dem Wetter nicht so Glück, weshalb wir die Terrasse leider nicht nutzen konnten und auf den Innenraum beschränkt waren. Lage ist top, schnell im Ort oder am Strand. Also insgesamt volle Sterne. Kleine Abzüge für den Geschirrspüler, der ist bald durch und die Spinnweben unter der Abzugshaube.

Die Wohnung ist für Familien mit kleinen Kindern eher nicht geeignet, da die oben gelegenen Schlafzimmer nur über eine enge und steile Wedeltreppe erreicht werden. Bei unserer Ankunft kam es uns so vor, dass die Wohnung länger nicht vermietet war. In allen Räumen haben wir Spinnen entfernt.
