Both bedrooms have a Queen size bed and bathroom w/tub and shower, peaceful, centrally-located house in Eagle Crest Subdivision, between Tyrone and Pasedena, Brick streets, mature trees, nice walks for your dog. 9 mins to the Beaches (Treasure Island, Madeira + St Pete). Grocery stores and Tyrone mall are 1 mile away, 20 mins to downtown St Petersburg. You have full shared use with me of the kitchen: stove, pots, pans, silverware, plates, cups, etc. Dishwasher, farmhouse sink, microwave, fridge. living room, TV, WiFi
