This unique offering combines two separate three-bedroom homes, accommodating up to 12 guests comfortably. Each home has its own distinct layout and character, allowing guests to enjoy shared time together while still having the space to spread out and relax. The property is located in a peaceful area, creating a calm and quiet waterfront ideal for swimming, boating, and unwinding by the lake.

The cedar shake cottage, nestled in the woods next to historic Camp Winaukee, features vaulted ceilings and a large picture window that frames breathtaking views of Lake Winnipesaukee and the surrounding Ossipee Mountains. All three bedrooms in this home offer comfortable queen beds. The primary suite includes lake views and a private bathroom, while the two additional bedrooms are located on the opposite end of the home adjacent to a spacious full bath. This home is equipped with central air conditioning for added comfort. Outside, the lawn leads to a cozy lakeside fire pit with seating, creating the perfect setting for relaxing evenings by the water. This home includes a private sandy beach and a dock that can accommodate up to two boats, each up to 22 feet in length.

PLEASE NOTE: that this home does not include a traditional stove or oven and instead is equipped with a two-burner hot plate, a quality toaster oven, and a propane gas grill.

The main waterfront house is situated directly on the water’s edge and offers expansive lake views from nearly every room, including the living room, sunroom, and primary bedroom, all enhanced by large picture windows. This home sleeps six guests across three bedrooms, each with a queen bed. Two bedrooms, along with a full bathroom and a laundry area with washer and dryer, are located on the lower level. The upper level features the kitchen, dining area, and main living spaces, along with additional seating areas that take full advantage of the elevated views. With multiple sitting areas throughout the home, everyone can find their own place to relax and enjoy the lake. The multi-level deck is equipped with a propane grill and offers sweeping 270-degree views of the lake and surrounding mountains. This home also includes a private beach and a dock that can accommodate up to two boats, each up to 22 feet in length.

Together, these two homes create a true waterfront compound experience, ideal for multi-family vacations, extended families, or groups traveling together who want both shared gathering spaces and private retreats. Guests will have access to the full property, including both homes, the beach, dock, fire pit, and all outdoor living areas.

Dock space is available at both homes, with each dock accommodating up to two boats with a maximum length of approximately 22 feet per boat. Guests are encouraged to confirm boat size and docking needs prior to arrival to ensure proper fit and usage.

Sheets and towels are not included with this rental. If you would like to rent sheets and/or bath towel packages from At The Lake Vacation Rentals, the cost of sheets, including arrival bed making for both homes, is $150.00. Towel packages are available for $12.00 per person. Please let us know at the time of booking if you would like to add linens and towels, as availability is limited.

Dogs may be considered depending on size and breed, with prior owner approval required. A pet fee of $175 per pet will apply. Unauthorized pets are not permitted. Please inquire at the time of booking if you plan to bring a dog so approval can be confirmed in advance.
