Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Wash any unit-owned towels. Keep in-mind that you may need more than one wash to accommodate it all. You may leave one load drying upon your exit.
Write in our guest book and let us know about your stay.
Leave unit broom clean. Return all items (dishes, games, bikes, kayaks, beach gear, toys, books, lamps, etc.) to their original locations. Return pool fob to left-hand drawer in kitchen Island.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Pets welcome as approved, for fee – keep leashed, clean up after and be respectful of the home and community. Additional pets case by case for fee.
No parties or large gatherings – please keep noise levels reasonable and observe quiet hours to respect our neighbors. Beach week groups cannot rent.

We had a wonderful stay at this home. It was very clean, well stocked with everything we needed, and located in a quiet, private neighborhood while still being close to great restaurants and the beach. Communication with the host was smooth and helpful throughout our stay. We look forward to staying here again next summer!

Had a wonderful long weekend stay. Great location, plenty of space for 2 families. Kitchen had all of the essentials for cooking full meals. The garage had everything you need for a day at the beach and the pool was nice and refreshing for after. The owner Rachel was very responsive and helpful. Would definitely stay here again!

Highly recommend! Amazing bay views and incredible sunsets! Special spot for sure We appreciated the ‘toys’ in the garage.. esp the SUP boards and bikes! Thank you for allowing us to bring our dog! Many core memories/summer highlights with our kids

We stayed 3 nights and Rachel (the owner) extended the check out time for us on the last day so we could enjoy more time relaxing on the porches. The house is a lot roomier then the pictures and is super clean. The entertainment room downstairs has so many games and there are SUP, beach chairs, floaties that you can use. Really, everything to keep you entertain. But our favorite hang out places are the balconies, so breezy on a nice day and it has a good view of the small marina. The kitchen is also well stocked. We got some excellent carry outs from DiFebo's and Fin & Claw nearby. We really enjoyed some down time at Rachel's place and will be back.

This is one of the nicest vacation rentals we have stayed at. It is spacious, clean, good location and well-equipped. We had 5 adults and there was plenty of space. The kayaks, SUPs, bikes and beach equipment were so nice to have available. The pool is lovely, a bit small but great for those times you don't want to drive to the ocean. It is an easy drive to Bethany Beach, parking can be a little challenging depending on the day and time yet it was reasonably priced. The little bay beach and gazebo you can walk to from the condo are great for evening sunsets, quiet morning coffee and watching wildlife. There are also 3 balconies to relax and read on. Rehoboth Beach is about 30 minutes away and is great for shopping. The binder with many restaurant menus came in very handy as we had many different eating preferences. The king and queen beds are very comfortable. This is the first place we had to bring our own linens and towels - not a big deal since there is a large washer and dryer available. The host is quick to return messages and shared a lot of information before we got there. We truly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this place. I would rent it again!

We had a great week at this property! Our family has been coming to the area around Bethany Beach for about 15 years, and this was a truly standout week. Rachel was super responsive and easy to work with, and the vacation was one of our most relaxing to date. Couple of things to call out:-Everything you need in the garage: beach chairs, bikes, paddle boards, and kayaks-Clean, spacious property with tons of space and lots to do: lots of big tables and couches for hanging out together, as well as separate spaces (balconies, bedrooms, different floors) when people wanted quiet time.-Beautiful setting: glimpses of the bay at sunset, a bayside beach for the dogs to run along at low tide, and so much nature to take in, between paddle boarding in the bay and early morning walks in the nearby nature preserve and Fresh Pond state park. -Easy access without being trapped in the crowds: Downtown Bethany or the state sPark beach is about a 10 minute ride, and Dewey and Rehoboth are only 10-15 minutes past that. And, whether you’re getting coffee in the morning or dinner in the evening, there are nearby restaurants that don’t fill up as quickly because they’re not in the middle of everything. There’s even a little brewery just down the road—maybe a 15-minute walk or 5 minutes bike ride. Also: the Hockers grocery store right down the road is good and MUCH LESS CROWDED than the bigger ones on 26.So, two thumbs up!

This was definitely one of our favorite properties to stay at. It was so clean and comfortable, had a wonderful layout and also had lots of games to keep everyone entertained. On top of that, it was wonderful to have access to bikes and some beach items and the game room is also a nice touch. The location is very convenient to several beaches as well as the Nature Preserve which is a wonderful place to walk your dog when it’s really warm out. My husband and I took four teenagers and our golden and there was plenty of room for all of us to have our own space when needed. Our host was also punctual with responses as well as very helpful and informative. I truly can’t say enough good things. We are hoping to come back again in the future.
