The Space:
Located about 3 miles from the airport, with easy access to Downtown Phoenix, Old Town Scottsdale, Arizona State University, and Grand Canyon University. Most places around the Phoenix area are within about a 15-minute drive, making it easy to explore the city.
Just a heads-up: this ADU is connected to another unit, but it has its own private front door from the driveway. Since it shares a wall, you might hear some everyday noise or catch cooking smells now and then during the day.

➤ IMPORTANT:
Toilet paper, garbage bags, and basic toiletries will be provided for the guests at the beginning of the stay. It will then be the guest's responsibility to provide for these for the remainder of their stay.
Guest Access:
➤ Just a heads-up: the main house, camper unit, casita and the storage unit in the backyard are off-limits to the guests. Other than that, the guests have access to the entire In-law suite, Shared patio and backyard.
➤ Shared driveway parking is available on a first come, first served basis, with free street parking (Please do not block other guests or occupants).

Known for its long-time local families and charming character, the neighborhood provides a peaceful residential feel while still being close to the energy of the city.
The community has a classic Phoenix vibe with mature trees, unique historic homes, and friendly neighbors. It is the kind of place where you can take a relaxing walk in the evening while still being only minutes from some of the city’s best dining spots, cafés, and cultural attractions.
Guests will love the convenient location with quick access to downtown Phoenix, local parks, museums, and outdoor destinations like the Desert Botanical Garden and Papago Park, making it easy to explore the best of the city.

➤ The property is equipped with air conditioning; however, i cannot guarantee that you will achieve a comfortable temperature if your preference falls outside the range of approximately 63°F to 77°F. Additionally, due to the nature of short-term rentals, where guests may frequently come and go, i cannot promise 100% uptime, as some guests may inadvertently push the systems beyond their capacity, necessitating repairs.
➤ During the summer months, the thermostat is set to operate within a comfortable range of 70–82°F to ensure proper system performance and energy efficiency.
➤ Unfortunately, I can't offer a bag drop-off service. For those arriving early or having a late flight, you can use the bagbnb site to find options to drop off your bag for a fee.
➤ Please keep in mind that the guests don’t have access to the USPS mailbox or any mailboxes, and I’m not responsible for any packages delivered to the unit.
