Enjoyed our stay at the Hicks house. Great view, access to the lake with a dock and a buoy for our boat. Communication was excellent, and we enjoyed our stay tremendously. It is pet friendly, which was essential for our stay. Host was extremely friendly and we will definitely look at coming back again. Thank you Tyler.

The listing doesnt show the the true picture. There is no mention of seperate outside entrance for bedroom bath on the lower level. Decks are unsafe with loose boards and protruding nails. Must wear shoes on decks. Windows are in disrepair and carpet is in poor shape, frayed and some tack edging exposed
