About this property

LACC Lake Front-Newly remodeled! Near Rec. 1 with Dock and Buoy.

Location !!!4 Bedroom, 2 Bath Lake Front house on a quiet Cul-de-Sac near Rec 1. We just finishing a complete remodel of the house. The bedrooms were done last winter and we just finished the Kitchen and family room. LACC has just changed their HOA rental policy. Guests used to pay for boat launch stickers when arriving at the gate. Now they are going to bill the homeowner. If you bring a watercraft into LACC I will be adding a $125 fee for each watercraft.

Family time at the lake

We had the best time with family at the lake front property! Comfortable and well appointed for a family of five. LACC has so many amenities!!

Wonderful property on the Lake Almanor peninsula

This place had everything we needed for our group of 6, plus more. It was recently updated, and the decor and appliances were perfect. There was a coffee maker with coffee, condiments, tons of towels and bedding, games and puzzles, kayaks and a canoe, and a beautiful view! Plus access to the LACC amenities, like bocce ball, disc golf, volleyball/badminton courts, and more.

Beautiful Home Near Rec 1

My family has been renting homes in the LACC for over 20 years and this is one of our favorites. It is very clean with updated furniture, kitchen, bathrooms, bedding etc. It was perfect for 3 adults and 2 kids with a short walk to rec 1. Phil was a lovely host and very accommodating. He responded to questions and visited the house when we needed assistance. The home is well appointed with everything we needed and more. We hope to return next summer.

Great Beach Home and Location!

Wonderful location within the country club area. Phil the owner was great and accessible. Updated bathrooms and bedrooms. Kitchen dated but soon to be remodeled. We have stayed at multiple locations on the lake and this is a prime spot and superb value. We would definitely love to rent this home again!
