Four-star vacation apartment in the historic old town of Winterberg / Westphalia

With more than 70 square metres of living space, the apartment features 2 bedrooms, a large living/dining room, a kitchen, and a bathroom. Each bedroom is furnished with a double bed (two separate 90x200 cm mattresses), a spacious closet, and nightstands with reading lamps. The living/dining room features a spacious dining area and a sofa where you can get cosy for TV nights. The smart TV offers cable TV and access to the usual streaming services (using your personal login credentials). The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, freezer, induction cooktop with oven, microwave, dishwasher, filter coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, a blender with a puree attachment, dishes, glasses, silverware, and all the kitchen utensils needed for cooking. The bathroom, which features underfloor heating and natural light, has two sinks, a walk-in shower, and a toilet. An additional guest bathroom is available for exclusive use and is located in the entryway in front of the apartment door. A large table with seating is available on the covered terrace. A linens package (bed linens, 1 towel/1 shower towel per person, shower mat, kitchen towel, dish sponge) and final cleaning are mandatory and included in the price. A 50% deposit is due at the time of booking. The remaining balance, plus any applicable visitor’s tax, must also be transferred no later than 14 days before the start of the rental period. The date the payment is received is decisive. For last-minute bookings made less than 14 days before the start of the rental period, the rental price is due immediately; for bookings made less than 5 banking days before the start of the rental period, the rental price is due upon arrival, subject to agreement. The tourist tax levied by the City of Winterberg is 3.50 EUR per person (ages 16 and older) per day, with the arrival and departure days each counting as one day. The visitor’s tax is not included in the rental price (the statutory provisions of the City of Winterberg apply here). The tenant must treat the rental premises and furnishings with care. The tenant is responsible for compensating for any damage caused. Upon moving into the premises, tenants are required to inspect the furnishings to ensure they are complete and in good working order and to report any complaints to the landlord immediately. Tenants must also report any damage occurring during the rental period immediately. Check-in is available from 3:00 p.m. to 12:00 a.m. Check-out is available from 12:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. Other check-in and check-out times are possible only by prior arrangement. Keys are handed over via a key box. The code will be sent via email upon receipt of payment. A baby cot (without linens) and a high chair are provided free of charge upon request. Free Wi-Fi, iron/ironing board, clothes drying rack, and vacuum cleaner are also provided. Pets are not allowed out of consideration for guests with allergies. The apartment is strictly non-smoking; smoking is also not permitted on the terrace.
