We have the perfect holiday home for you!
Whether you’re travelling alone or with your family, we can accommodate up to 6 people and two toddlers (additional guests by arrangement).
Our family-friendly holiday home in the heart of East Frisia is located right on Lake Timmeler Meer with a stunning view of the water, making it the perfect holiday destination for anglers, boaters, or water sports enthusiasts.
Our 15-meter pier with a boat dock is a great spot for fishing, swimming, boating, or hopping on a stand-up paddleboard.
In the immediate vicinity (a 5-minute walk) you’ll find Timmeler Beach, the marina, a horseback riding facility, canoe rentals, a beach bar with live music, restaurants, and shopping options.
In early 2021, we renovated and modernised our holiday home for you.
The Villa Wiltfang holiday home is rented out as an allergy-friendly and non-smoking property.
To ensure all guests have a pleasant holiday, pets such as dogs are not permitted, and smoking inside the house is prohibited. Every guest can look forward to a pet-free and smoke-free holiday home. Smoking is, of course, permitted outdoors on the terrace or at the dock.

Interior Amenities of the Holiday Home:
Ground Floor:
- Living and dining area with TV, stereo, and Wi-Fi.
- Modern kitchen with all amenities, including a coffee maker, toaster, etc.
- Bathroom with walk-in rain shower and washing machine.
- Bedroom with box-spring bed.
- Pantry with ironing board and iron.

Upper Floor:
- Two bedrooms, each with two beds and a TV.
- Bathroom

Outdoor Amenities:
- Covered patio with a beach chair and seating area.
- Sun deck with two lounge chairs and an umbrella.
- Two parking spaces.
- Garage with a small carport.
- 15-meter dock with a seating area and boat mooring.
- Grill area with a grill and grill grate.

- We charge a flat rate of 60€ for final cleaning.

The main check-in or check-out day is Saturday; other days of the week are possible by arrangement (please note this when booking).
The minimum rental period is 5 nights.

Additional services can be booked on-site upon arrival:
- Rowing boat without motor: 25€/day – 150€/week
(minimum rental period: 3 days)
- Motorboat including 5 litres of petrol: 40€/day – 250€/week
(minimum rental period: 3 days)
- Bicycles: 4 adult bikes, 2 children’s bikes; 5€/day – 30€/week per bike
(minimum rental period: 3 days)
- Stand-up paddleboards (2 available); 25€/day – 130€/week per SUP
(Minimum rental period: 3 days)
