Our brand new home is perfect for High Point Furniture Market. We are close to Oak Hollow Lake. House was newly completed in 2026 with all new furniture and linens.

We are an easy 10 minute drive to Market off of Johnson Street.

Our wrap around porch with screened in sitting area is perfect for entertaining. We are located in a quiet neighborhood on a great natural lot with plenty of space.

This home is new to Airbnb but we are experienced Super Hosts that will take good care of our guests.

Our home is all one story with a few steps to get in the front door. Enter through the living room and you are immediately in our large living room with a ceiling fan and comfortable seating.

To the left are our 2 guest bedrooms. One with a desk and twin bed. The other is a queen bed. There is a full bath located between them.

Straight ahead through our living room is our new kitchen with all new appliances.

Past the kitchen is our dining area as well as access to our master bedroom, laundry room with new washer/dryer, and access to our backdoor which takes you to our large deck which includes a screened in sitting area.

Our master bedroom has it`s own full bathroom, ceiling fan and walk in closet.

We will provide lockbox code with a key.

We don`t plan to meet you in person. We are available 24/7 through messages on this platform or by phone/text.

*Please note* Although we have a relaxed cancellation policy, we still incur the 4% cc fee. Your refund will be in full, minus the 4% cc fee.
There is absolutely no smoking and no pets in our home.
We are in a quiet neighborhood and we live close by when we rent our home out.
No large gatherings over 10 people. No loud music or noises after 10pm.
Breaking any of these rules will result in a $500 fine.
