High Point University Graduation

This property was very clean and large enough with 4 bedrooms to accommodate our family for graduation. It was in a nice neighborhood close to HPU and Starbucks (for my wife)! We would definitely stay again.

Great

Hey we loved our stay! We love the communication with our host. We did notice some trash and things left behind from the last renters and the beds are all really hard. BUT everything was great and again the host were super nice and very friendly and responded quickly to all questions. I would for sure use this host again!

Ruth, Thank you for taking the time to review your stay. I am glad overall you liked it. I have reviewed the situation with our cleaning crew. They said the previous renters left some trash in the yard waste bin instead of the trash can. That has been taken care of. Thank you so much.

The highlight of our stay was absolutely the host — responsive, friendly, and on top of every question we had before and during our trip. Communication was seamless and we always felt informed. Unfortunately, the property itself didn't quite match the listing photos. Several things around the house could use some attention — minor repairs, updated appliances, and general upkeep. The biggest issue, though, was cleanliness. The home simply wasn't guest-ready when we arrived. Surfaces hadn't been properly wiped down, the bathrooms needed a deeper clean, and there were remnants from a previous stay. The host deserves a cleaning crew that matches their own high standards. With some TLC and a new cleaning company, this could easily be a 5-star stay. The host clearly cares — the property just needs to catch up.

Thank you, Colleen, for your comments. I always strive to do my best and provide a great experience for our guests. I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience you experienced. I noticed some issues and have already made changes by replacing the previous cleaning crew with a new cleaning company this week to help ensure a higher standard of service as I strive towards always. Thank you again for your feedback. It is greatly appreciated and helps us continue to improve.
