This home is absolutely gorgeous. Plenty of space for our group of 10 women in a quiet neighborhood. Connie and Dylan are great hosts. We will definitely look forward to another stay here when we come in for our annual convention in Greensboro!

Great property. We were in town for a swim meet at GAC and needed a very quiet location where the kids could sleep and recover between sessions. This was perfect. The 6 bedrooms gave us space for our group and flexibility to make meals and do laundry. We were 12 minutes from GAC and 15 minutes from the airport. House was as advertised and pictures accurate. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely rent here again.

Everything was A1, the place had a great location and the place was more luxurious than the pictures indicated. We were overly excited and pleased once we arrived and saw it up close. Everything was explained and clear what the rules and expectations were. Wanted to rent it for next year but it was already booked and I can understand why.

50th College Reunion

This choice of stay was perfect for (5) women over the age of 70 who were uniting in Greensboro to celebrate their 50th college reunion. What's important in selecting a home on VRBO is the communication with the host and the house itself. BOTH were outstanding. I really appreciated all the communication prior to check in. we hosted an afternoon party for fellow classmates and professors.. we were able to all sit outside and enjoy telling stories. the house "flows" very well for large groups gathering in a social setting

Unfortunately it rained our entire three days day so we did not get to enjoy the outside patio. The inside of the house was very clean and very accommodating. There were a few very minor details such as leaky faucet‘s and malfunctioning cabinet door hinges that required a little maintenance, but being stuck indoors we were happy to tighten and adjust. Otherwise this property was beautiful and the owners very nice and easy to work with. Would definitely stay here again and would recommend to others.

Not Cleaned Properly!! No Bedspreads!!

We always take extremely good care of every property we stay in, attempting to leave it just as we found it - or better. I have to say that I was dissappointed on some of the things that we found or experienced and I wanted to let everyone know about them. The refridgerator, stove, dishwasher, and kitchen backsplash were not cleaned. Food remnants were left in all these areas and it really grossed us out. There are no privacy blinds in the downstairs master bath and the walk-in shower has a clear glass that looks right out to the neighbor's deck! The owner came back the evening we arrived and sprayed window frosting to cover this up.There was a gross-looking smudge on the turquoise bedroom by the light switch. The owners told me this was from the A/C installers. The owners came by and addressed the cleanliness issues the evening we arrived. But I rent a house to get away usually, and it was just inconvenient and unacceptable to have to chase down the owners for this when I am supposed to be on vacation. We had several things that were noticed throughout the stay that we just had to put up with. Hot water - two 10 min showers and you are completely out of hot water. This is just plain unacceptable for a 6 bedroom house. No bedspreads in the entire house and only a very few thin blankets. I have never been in a house that did not have bedspreads. The owners said that this is because they do not have time to wash them in between renters... Mattress discomfort - I did not get feedback on all the mattresses, but the room my wife and I stayed in with the turquoise color had an extremely uncomfortable mattress. Our lower backs were sore for two days afterwards! We are atheleticly built, mid-thirties adults, so this is unusual for us. I take the time to tell this so that hopefully these things can be corrected for the next guests. The owners did offer a very small monetary compensation for the inconveniences.

We absolutely loved this home! We were in town for North Carolina A&T 's Homecoming. Check in was easy, the home was clean (very clean), and the host was quick to respond. I would most definitely stay there again in the future.

Beautiful home! Quiet neighborhood. Plenty of space and great accommodations. The only concern was inadequate lighting outside. I would also recommend covers for the lawn furniture, we had morning dew which prevented us to congregate outside in the morning. The host responds quickly with any questions or concerns. Again, beautiful home and perfect space for the weekend!

The house was big enough to hold all of our crew and we were so thankful to spread out. The house was clean and spacious. The owners where very quick to answer any messages sent and were very gracious to accidental damage done. We would stay here again as it was a good experience.

A Great House

Our family gathered for the celebration of our mother’s life. The house provided the perfect space for us to gather. We all traveled from many states. We found ourselves constantly moving cars to allow people to get out of the driveway. The only issue was that the house was on a very busy street without on street parking.

Plenty of room for everyone

Great property, lots of space so we were not falling over each other. The only downside for the older members of our group is that all of the beds are super high and they had problems getting in and out without assistance. The toilets are very low and again they had problems getting up without assistance. It’s a great neighborhood and close enough to shops, restaurants etc with a car. Would have liked blankets as it was cold in the bedrooms upstairs and we were not able to get the temp correct in the short time we were there. Overall a good experience and we look forward to a return visit when we are next in the area.

Elon Graduation

We reserved with Connie almost 18 months before Elon 2024 graduation. The house was perfect for our family and all the grandparents and older siblings that traveled from various states for 4 days.
