BOOK ELSEWHERE: Right away heavy smell of marijuana and drug remnants left on property. Bedding smelled like urine and obviously not laundered. We washed all the bedding ourselves before we could even sleep in the bed. Host response was “let me know if odor gets any worse”.
The property was great! There are quite a few rules about the outdoor space that wasn’t communicated in the posting (at least that I saw). Mainly you couldn’t use the fire pit after 9pm. The house was clean and outdoor was wonderful.
We were a group of 16 mid-50s college friends on a Greensboro golf trip. We wanted one house for all of us and this fit the bill. Overall the place is great, but it’s beginning to show its age a bit from what I’m guessing is the wear and tear of many large groups. Definitely note the rules and quiet hours noted in the listing. This is a suburban neighborhood with actual families and full time residents. We had no issues but just take note. One suggestion to management would be to either use VRBO fully or use your own website. It was pretty wonky to have to use both for checking/out, communication, and other verifications. Long story short, we had a great stay.
