7 Bedroom, 4 1/2 baths in Old Irving Park steps from Greensboro Country Club. No events or parties allowed in this tight knit neighborhood and this is strictly enforced. There is also a 5 car limit. Pet friendly home.This is a nice house in the nicest neighborhood in town; it is not a party house. 4 Bedrooms downstairs and 3 upstairs. Hot tub on back porch is drained after each visitor. Outdoor furniture and grill out back opens to back yard.

Noise aware devices on property which measure decibels only. Security camera out back cannot see in home or into hot tub.
