If you do not have a review history, please share with us what brings you to town and we may consider your situation. If not, we may cancel your reservation within 72 hours of your creating the reservation with a 4% processing fee.

*Please note* Although we have a relaxed cancellation policy, we still incur the 4% cc fee. Your refund will be in full, minus the 4% cc fee.
Keep it clean: Please do not eat in the bedrooms. The replacement cost of permanently stained bedding will be be charged to you after check out.

Cooking: In consideration of our next guests, we ask that you refrain from cooking food that will leave pungent odors behind.

Guests must all be accounted for on the reservation when booking. Any additional guests sleeping at the house will be charged, $10 per head.

Pets: Only dogs are allowed at the property. Dogs must be up to date on vaccines and flea medication. We have crates available to be utilized for your dog(s) when you are not at the property. Each pet must be added your reservation request when booking and a fee of $75 must be submitted with your reservation prior to booking.

Noise: We are a group friendly property, but ask that you keep noise to a reasonable volume to not disturb our neighbors.
