We stayed at this beautiful mid-century home tor USTA States and ended up bringing home the championship—-clearly this home was the good luck charm! The mid century style is gorgeous, the lushly landscaped back patio overlooking the golf course was the perfect retreat after matches. The house was spotless, comfortable and stylishly decorated. Five stars from the whole crew…we would definitely book again.

This was my 4th time booking this home for our international convention in Greensboro. The house is amazing, spacious with everything you could possibly need. It’s on an upscale neighborhood, very safe and quiet. The only concern was the cleaning crew didn’t do a great job preparing the house this trip, unlike every other time we stayed. Despite that, I will definitely book this house again.

Beautiful home on a great property and in a great location. An excellent place to stay when you’re looking to wind down and enjoy some peace. You’re at the golf course, but you don’t feel like you’re on top of it.

Our stay was amazing! We reserved the house to use as a home base while celebrating our son’s graduation from Elon. We were able to relax before and after events in the beautiful, serene space. The hosts made it easy to check in and out and were responsive to all communication. They also sent someone immediately to repair a minor maintenance issue. Overall, our experience was very smooth. We cannot recommend this house enough; it is truly special. We would love to come back for another visit.

Perfect for our needs

While our athletes swam at Greensboro Aquatic Center, we were able to prepare food to deliver to them each day in this homes spacious kitchen. The short drive made it a pleasure to go back and forth each day. Beautiful home, very clean, lovely host who replied very quickly to questions. Would definitely stay again!

Stunning

We’re outdoor people and having beautiful places to enjoy conversation and meals surrounded by lovely gardens and big trees-so very nice. Felt private. And the home itself-stunning. Ideal for gathering our households of adult kids under one roof and enjoy being in a spacious and beautiful place. Every window and door looked out upon lush views.

Daughters graduation

I'm still in awe over the amazing stay we had. It was one for the memory books, property was well manicured as well as very charming with lots of character. The home is very inviting and roomy. The only problem we had was we couldn't stay longer. Andy was the best.

Outstanding property

This is an absolutely magnificent property. My family was extremely pleased with the layout and amenities provided. Bedrooms were good size and comfortable. The kitchen had everything you would need for the Thanksgiving meal we prepared. The property host, Andy, was very responsive to our questions and needs. The paintings, sculptures, and family items made us feel at home. Top notch facility that we highly recommend to any group.

Lovely home on Sedgefield golf course

Lovely single level home perfect for a family with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. All bedrooms large and on one side of the house with a door to close for privacy or noise reduction. (we had our two grandchildren who went to bed earlier so this was a nice feature) Outside patio was very nice and shaded. Perfect location , very private and on the 15th fairway. Lots of parking. Andy was a great host and very responsive.

Lots of space. Beautiful gardens.

We rented this house for family attending our child’s college graduation weekend. There is plenty of room to spread out and the bedrooms are a great size. Good space for eating both indoors and out, as well as a very large central gathering place. The decor is eclectic/quirky. Kitchen is on the narrow side, but appliances are new. Linens were clean but a bit tired. Overall a good option for a larger and/or multi generational family who wants room to hang out for several days.
