This cozy, colorful home is located close to the state of the art Greensboro Aquatic Center and High Point Furniture Market. It is also a central location if you're visiting colleges or attending orientation or graduation at UNC-Greensboro, Guilford College, A&T University, Wake Forest University, Elon University, UNC-Chapel Hill, NC State or Duke University. Other attractions include the minor league Class A baseball team Greensboro Grasshoppers , Carolina Cup bicycle race and the Natural Science Center with their newest attraction the Sciquarium.

Maureen was super responsive and the stay was great. Quiet neighborhood, comfy beds, plenty of cooking utensils, several small living spaces including an enclosed back porch so it was easy to find a spot to chill out separately or together. Very nice place in a beautiful safe neighborhood. Lots of art and charming decor. The ranch style house was probably built in the late 50's or early 60's. There are some quirky things, like all older houses. It was clean and when we had a question or problem, the owner was quick to respond.
