Guest Access:

Detailed check-in instructions will be provided ahead of your stay to ensure a smooth arrival process. Check-in time begins at 4:00 pm, allowing you to settle in and start enjoying your accommodations. When it's time to depart, check-out is at 10:00 am, allowing our team ample time to prepare for the next guests.



Guests have access to the entire container complex, including the shared deck with TV and firepit, as well as the community kitchen and bathroom. You’ll also have full access to Pickleball Court #2, and may use Court #1 when it’s available.

Please note that there are additional units on the property, including a private 2-person container home and a 10-person home located toward the back. As a result, you may see other guests coming and going from the driveway during your stay

~AGE REQUIREMENT: Must be at least 21 years old. We cannot accommodate guests who do not meet this age requirement unless prior approval has been granted our team before check-in.



PET POLICY:

If you are traveling with your furry friend:

• Small pets only. Must be house-trained. Please notify us before booking. All pets must be approved prior to check-in.

• One dog is welcome for an additional fee of $100 per stay.

• Please keep them off the couches, beds, and other furniture

• Please pick up after your pet both inside and outside

• Any waste left by the dog that is not picked up will be a $100 fee



We require a refundable hold of $1000 on your card for damages (released after checkout) OR you can opt out with a $50 fee by purchasing damage waiver coverage.



Interaction with Guests:

Guests will enjoy complete privacy and will only meet the host if requested. Rest assured, the host is readily available for any needs or inquiries.
