The apartment welcomes its guests on the second floor of a house and with its cosy and attractive furnishings is the ideal place for a relaxing holiday at any time of year. Thanks to the air conditioning, you can enjoy pleasant room temperatures even in hot summers.
Enjoy the sun on the covered terrace and take a dip in the communal pool whenever you feel like it. This complex is located within the Arenal golf course, a marvellous 18-hole golf course. Enjoy the marvellous view from the apartment over hole 6 of this golf course.
Drive to the beach and enjoy the sea and sun. Restaurants and shopping facilities are also within walking distance. You can play golf close to the apartment.
