Welcome to your perfect Spring River getaway! This clean and comfortable 2-bedroom, 2-bath home is located in a quiet neighborhood in the heart of Mammoth Spring, just a short walk to Lassiter’s river access.

Whether you're visiting for trout fishing, floating, or simply relaxing, this home offers everything you need for a peaceful and comfortable stay. The home features two bedrooms with full-size beds, two full bathrooms, a spacious living area with TVs in every room, a fully equipped kitchen, and a full-size washer and dryer for your convenience. There is also a comfortable queen-size air mattress available for additional guests, along with a large couch that provides extra space to relax or sleep if needed.

Enjoy your morning coffee in the quiet surroundings or spend your evenings unwinding around the fire pit after a day on the river. The Spring River is known for its crystal-clear water, excellent trout fishing, and beautiful scenery, making this the perfect place to relax and recharge.

You’ll love the convenient location, with Lassiter’s river access within walking distance, Mammoth Spring State Park just 2 minutes away, and Bayou and Cold Springs access only a short drive away.
