This unit features a unique neutral color scheme accented with colorful Mexican decorations.
The peninsula-style kitchen and untarnished living room are both fully equipped with all necessary appliances for a relaxing stay.
The condo offers a cozy, furnished balcony where you can enjoy the views and the atmosphere of the resort.
The Marina Pinacate Resort is ideally located close to a variety of restaurants, bars, ATV and jet ski rentals, convenience stores, and more, making it a perfect spot for a getaway.
Important Note:
The swimming pool and hot tub in front of the Villas are for the owner's use only.

A $10 charge per unit is required upon arrival at the Pinacate Resort (not paid at our office - Mar De Cortez).
