This historic home built in 1850 is located within walking distance to Rupp Arena, UK, The City Center, & so much more! This unit is located on the first floor. Guests will live like a true Lexingtonian and will be conveniently located for all their stay needs.

Please note this unit has a bedroom located on street side and it can be loud at times due to a city street.
Also this property has street parking but you must have a permit if parking overnight. Please let me know if you would like the permit. Deposit of $150 is required. Or There are several spaces nearby for guests to park, I will advise on available lots to park.

The Primary front bedroom also features a day bed that can be used.
